traverse workout at Englewood,NJ.  I've done this since early '70's.
I found this cozy place in May, 1994.
Pros doing this is to gear up strength over my limbs and finger tips.
Tips here is looking ahead of holds and foot holds.
Crosssing leg would speed up workout.
Clinging on various holds and stretching limbs is the key move.
Pinching, knob, clinging, inserting, mantling and smearing are frequent moves.
One day, I found graffitti saying " I love you to the moon and back ".
This graffitti provides crux of this traverse.
quarter inch cling hold provide 5.8 - 5.9 move.
There's thin ledge, so my toe have to put on that securely.

Before I left home, I carved foam for rock shoe design.
Foam was very soft, so I could use parpentry saw to cut out rough shape.
Holding end of the saw, easily carved detail of rock shoe.
